Jobdescription

• Responsible for quote and order process for outsourced network services with special focus on SD-WAN and Internet services
• Comfortable with translating technical requirements into quote requests towards our partners,
• Comfortable to present and justify quotes to our internal customers (local IT managers)
• Responsible to maintain and optimize the network CMDB, including data accuracy, user support, training and enhancement requests
• Responsible for the network service request fulfillment process for WAN, VPN, Cloud, SAAS, Managed Services, LAN and WLAN
• Support all stakeholders in the network service request fulfillment process
• Cooperation with accounting department on WAN circuit and Internet circuit cost controlling
• Responsible for periodical KPIs presentation for WAN and Internet circuits to Network Operations and strive for their fulfillment at the regional level
• Continuous focus on customer satisfaction, improvements, compliance and standards
• Fluent in English
• No 9-to-5 mentality
