REPONSIBILITES
• Management of small to medium sized (budget and complexity) IT projects according to the company project management process
• Preparation and coordination of the regular executive project steerco meetings with Directors
• In coordination with business department heads, provide the regular performance dashboards for IT Applications
• Provide regular monthly Project Dashboards
• Drive all project Lessons Learned sessions and provide follow up reports on project closure

REQUIREMENTS
• Knowledge and experience:
1. Training
• Some level of Project Management training
• Knowledge of Project Management tools
• At least medium level of experience working with Microsoft Excel
2. Experience
• Minimum 2 years professional work experience, preferably on a project team or in an IT environment
• Minimum 1 year professional experience working with enterprise-wide reporting
3. Skills
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Independent-minded
• Team player
• Excellent spoken/written English (C1 level or higher)
