Making sure they understand the business context as well as the design choices made. You do this by co-creating or reviewing the design deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>You will be responsible for executing code reviews to guarantee the quality of the delivered software, both from a technical as a design perspective.<\/li>\n<li>Support and collaborate with the offshore development team for successful implementation of the system, this includes code review, peer programming, explaining design patterns,\u2026<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to propose a suitable design for the new software system.<\/li>\n<li>Design and develop specific features of the system.<\/li>\n<li>You will participate or support the testing team (in both system testing and user acceptance testing)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Language requirement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>English: Fluent<\/li>\n<li>French: Active knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Dutch: Good knowledge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Level of education required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University Graduate or Professional bachelor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Knowledge and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work experience\n<ul>\n<li>Preferable:\n<ul>\n<li>Background in Insurance business or equivalent (Financial \/ Banking \/ \u2026)\u00a0(2 y &#8211;
