The client is looking for a Business Analyst - Expert.

Function description:

• Identify business needs and trends and competition
• Propose product & service improvements
• Analyse and evaluate change request
• Develop business requirements and acceptance criteria
• Act as interface with the stakeholders
• Bridge the business needs with IT
• define the business scope, target operating model and interfaces (Business and IT)
• Follow-up implementation of the change, including Business Acceptance testing (BAT)

Language requirements:

• English: Strong written and spoken communication skills
• French: Strong spoken communication skills
• Dutch: Good spoken communication skills

Education:

• Master Degree Business Mgt or equal through experience

Required experience / knowledge:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience
• Technical experience
  • preferable:
    • knowledge of technical aspects of cards issuing and cards transactions
• Business experience
  • mandatory:
    • Business expertise in cards issuing and cards transactions
    • Knowledge of the banking industry, especially in Belgium (players, trends, etc)
    • Good ability to understand and communicate on complex business topics and the link with IT
    • Business analysis experience
  • preferable:
    • process design or process reengineering
    • BI (data queries, reporting)
