REPONSIBILITES

Lead, inspire and improve the core infrastructure team through day-to-day service management and infrastructure operations team management
Proactively pursue solutions maintaining and improving the stability and good running of infrastructure work processes
Implement the Security vision across infrastructure work process, verifying adherence to the new standards
Continuously promote and champion cross-departmental communication meeting the needs of both more and less technical perspectives
Lead by example by driving and improving a culture of relevant, updated documentation
Steer efforts to improve patching, disaster recovery, backup, data retention efforts across the landscape
Regular report on infrastructure targets with a special focus on improving and guaranteeing availability and uptime
Monitor the performance and capacity of IT assets consumed by our services and applications; provide guidance on improving performance
Keep up to date with the latest evolutions in infrastructure operations to ensure that our strategy is competitive

REQUIREMENTS

1. Training

2. Experience

5 or more years’ experience in architecting, designing and developing distributed, scalable and reliable systems
Experience in Java Enterprise platform, messaging technologies, large relational databases (Oracle, Exadata), web technologies.
Experience in performance analysis and implementing performance improvements
Experience in automating system deployments including monitoring capabilities
Experience in coaching and guiding engineers
Experience with outsourcing companies (datacenter supplier, nearshore development)
