Project Leader / Functional analyst Risk & Finance Applications


The Information Systems (IS) Assets, Finance & Risk team, which is responsible for building and maintaining all IT applications for the CIO, CRO and CFO functions within AG Insurance, is looking for a
hands-on project leader with good communication skills adapted to the different stakeholders of the projects.

In his role, the candidate will plan and organise the work of its project team to shape solutions. He will interact with the Business Project Manager to agree on scope, milestones and budget and will report progress to IS and Business Management. He will coach his team and also perform functional analysis tasks himself.

Proven experience with user requirements gathering, functional analysis and testing in an IT environment.
The candidate will be working in a dynamic and innovative context. He will join a young team where he can help shape solutions in a new domain.


Objectives of the job

  • Plan the design & implementation 
  • Align with technical and functional analysts and developers for correct implementation 
  • Follow-up of implementation team 
  • Organize regular sessions with the team to organise day-to-day work 
  • Ensure regular progress reporting to the Management 
  • Help build positive team spirit.
