Functional Analyst/Coordinator
Function
We are looking for a Functional Analyst / Coordinator to act as the bridge between the business units and the Web Platform Team. You will ensure that business-specific needs are understood, prepared, migrated, and validated while maintaining platform standards.
Your Responsibilities
- You will prepare and guide content and website migrations within specific business domains:
- Analysis & Preparation: Conduct business-area specific analyses for migrations and oversee content rationalization and cleanup.
- Translation: Convert business requirements into functional input for the platform team.
- Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and coordinate content testing and validation.
- Support: Facilitate adoption and change management, providing training for business content authors.
Phase-Specific Focus
- Foundations: Ensure timely capture of requirements and complete content readiness assessments.
- Pilot: Detects content issues before go-live and secure business UAT sign-off.
- Industrialized Migration: Improve content quality post-migration and increase adoption of the new authoring model.
Who We Are Looking For
- Expertise: Deep understanding of digital content and authoring workflows.
- Skills: Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Tools: Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) authoring.
- Environment: Experienced in Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery models.
- Communication: Excellent command of English (both verbal and written) is essential.
