Our client is looking for a Solution Architect.

The IS Corporate Client department is responsible for building and maintaining all IT applications for the HR, Facilities, CIO, CRO, CFO and Customer/Referential related functions within our company.
For the team of IS Common Assets & Referentials (IS CARe), we are actively searching a Functional / Solution Architect who will make the link between the business team (delivers business requirements) and its IS colleagues (functional and technical analysis & programming). The main activities of this team are:

Solution & Application Architecture (Functional & Technical) Design and Analysis
Architecture Reference (Functional & Technical) documentation
Functional Support and Coaching of the development team
Application Design end-to-end Monitoring
System testing (support to Test Managers)
Improve the process, the tools used.

The Solution Architect deals on a daily basis with senior management, peers and junior staff, both internally and externally, with business and professional skills in Information Technology.
To function effectively, the Solution Architect is required to conceptualize and think abstractly, work and manage in a technically complex and heterogeneous environment, and effectively communicate with all levels of management.

Strong interest for Business Process Analyses (mid level - 2 to 5 years)
Good knowledge in modelling applications and processes (mid level - 2 to 5 years)
Functional Analysis (mid level - 2 to 5 years)
Mastering of MS-office tools (mid level - 2 to 5 years)
Understanding of relevant technologies and development life cycles (mid level - 2 to 5 years)
Familiar with integration issues (mid level - 2 to 5 years)
Similar function and Solution Analyses (senior level - 5 to 8 years)
Deep knowledge and experience Of architecture: Service Oriented Architecture, design patterns, architecture methodologies (senior level - 5 to 8 years)
Building and construction functional design of insurance applications parts (senior level - 5 to 8 years)
Developing whole picture (senior level - 5 to 8 years)
Self-starter with a considerable degree of autonomy
Pragmatic & solution oriented
Open and analytical mind with a good level of abstraction
Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills to clearly express and communicate concepts, designs and proposals
Demonstrated ability to interact with all technical and non-technical members of the organisation
