Project Manager

Functie

We are looking for a Project Manager. Within a Tribe organized in Agile Scrum mode, you will work under the responsability of your IT Tribe Lead in a demanding environment where delivery, security and smooth collaboration are key.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee deliveries across the Tribe's various squads in line with the concerned IT Tribe leads
Ensure commitments are met (deadlines, quality, budget) in collaboration with technical teams
Identify and remove impediments blocking project progress
Ensure deliverables comply with security standards and internal policies
Collaborate with various teams
Ensure communication & reporting
Communicate on a daily basis with the IT Tribe Lead
Produce dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for delivery tracking
Prepare and present progress updates at steering committees and governance meetings

Language requirements

English: Fleunt
Dutch: Is a plus
French: Fluent

Education

Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Project Management, or Business Administration

Certification

Agile Project Management
if possible PMI/PMP Knowledge

Required experience / knowledge

Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 3 years in an Agile complex environment.
Technical experience
- mandatory:
  - Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and associated tools (Jira, Confluence)
  - Proven experience in project management and delivery management
- preferable:
  - Experience with banking back-end systems and document management solutions
Business experience
- mandatory:
  - Experience in the banking sector
