Functie

The Business Solutions Claims team is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead and work on key projects related to development of business solutions for claims management operations.
The Senior Business Analyst will be a key role in project management, business needs analysis, solution delivery, testing, and support of these projects. 

• Project management within business solutions and/or across the organization: day to day follow up of the project and monitor planning and budget
• Analysis of the business needs, conception of solutions and describing requirements (input for IT)
• Definition of test approach, creation of clear test plans and execution of test scripts
• Delivery and Support of solutions
• Facilitate the collaboration between IT and other stakeholders as legal, marketing, …

Profile 

• University License/Master (Business/Commercial engineering, Applied Economic Sciences, IT) or equivalent by experience
• Good analytic mindset
• Quick learner and appreciates complex analyses
• Critical mindset with eye for detail
• Pro-active

• Able to work with deadline
• Can organise own work and execute independently with regular reporting to direct manager
• Good communicator with both internal and external stakeholders

• Experience business analyst (5 y - 8 y)
• Microsoft Office
• Able to create and execute test plans and scenarios (5 y - 8 y)
• Affinity with IT technologies and architecture (5 y - 8 y)
• Experience in Product Owner (2 y - 5 Y)
•  Experience in Business analyse(5 y - 8 y)
• Experience in managing backlog of requirements (5 y - 8 y)
• Experience in defining and writing requirements (5 y - 8 y)
• Experience in application testing (incl. test cases scenario’s) (5 y - 8 y)
• Planning & organisation(5 y - 8 y)

Preferable:

• Experience in Claims processes
• Understanding business Non-life processes and products
• Experience in technical environment (software development & insurance)
• MS Dynamics CRM
• Stakeholder management
• Budget & Risk & Issue management
• Able to create structured documentation

Language skills

• Fluent in French or Dutch/Good knowledge of the other language
