Senior .NET Developer

Functie

For our Customer in Brussels we are looking for a Senior .NET Developer.

Tasks

• Give an estimation for the development based on the requirements received from the business or the IS divisions.
• Design effective technical solutions in collaboration with the functional designers.
• Develop applications using standard tools, based on the technical and functional analysis and following defined architecture, according to the standards enabling reuse of the code and improvement of the performance.
• Ensure correctdeployment in the different environments.
• Ensure the effectiveness & quality of the solution by executing the appropriate tests
• Maintain the quality of the technical patrimony and anticipate potential impacts of a new development on this patrimony.
• Identify & Solve issues detected in a technical implementation.
• Guarantee the long term overall quality of the application domain by systematically taking into account: stability, scalability, traceability, flexibility, maintainability, performance, etc.
• Follow the recommendations given after a code review
• Perform unit testing and pre-integration testing
• Provide developer documentation
• Offer coaching and technical support in the team

Requirements

You have at least 2 to 5 years of experience in the following:

• Professional experience in an IT Services environment
• Experience of client-server web based applications
• Development of front-end applications
• Able to structure an application.
• Knowledge of classical development Front-End patterns
• Able to consume various type of Webservices (Rest, SOAP, etc.).
• Angular / Typescript
• ASP .Net MVC – Core
• Visual studio & Visual studio Code
• Azure DevOps
• Css / Bootstrap

Preferably, you also have following knowledge:

• Insurance
• ASP .Net MVC – Famework 4.8
• ASP .Net Webforms
• Jquery

Language skills (speaking, reading and writing):

    Dutch, French: good in at least one of both
    English: good
